The Ladies' Bower
It is a bright day in Medieval England and the ladies of Nottingham Castle have retreated for the afternoon to the bower. One lady is cutting fabric while a small group play a game of dice. One woman is reading while other women work the loom. All the while a small group of minstrels play for the women on this delightful day.
