Snake Study
The common room is quiet now, just the crackle of the fire and the burbling of the lake through enchanted glass rising above your own thoughts. There's a warm glow to the side where the fireplace sits, a large painting set on the wall above it. The rest of the common room is bathed in a soft green tint from light reflecting off the deep emerald walls and sunlight filtering through the depths of the Black Lake.
You've found a comfortable chair in a good corner, where the sounds of your fellow studious snakes waft gently over now and then. You won't be disturbed here.
