Slytherin Dungeon
So often, the Slytherin common room is imagined by outsiders as being a cold, dark, spooky place. This, however, would not be comfortable, and Slytherins enjoy their comforts. While the room is cool and slightly humid, it is also well-lit, tho not to the wastefully unnecessary degree of the other houses. The sounds of the chamber may seem a bit unsettling to many, but to Slytherins, it's actually pleasantly relaxing. There's something about the sounds of water dripping, trickling, and lapping; they seem to go together almost musically. Unlike the roaring fires of Gryffindor Tower, constant chatter of Hufflepuff Basement, or whistling wind of Ravenclaw Tower, Slytherin Dungeon is quiet and serene. Not that any non-Slytherin would know tho, as no impostor has dared to enter in seven centuries.
