Sleep Serenity
This is my first attempt in what I hope will be an ongoing number of ambient recordings designed to help you fall asleep. In addition to ongoing depression, OCPD, and who knows what else, what I suffer from most is high anxiety, and I need certain sounds to help my mind from racing so that I can relax enough to fall asleep.
