A sudden fit of equal parts madness and inspiration has struck you- the desk in your study is overflowing with old manuscripts and drafts, half laid sketchings and tentative lines of prose dashed on stray diagrams and charts. you're busy alternating between reading past notes and coaxing something cohesive from your battered old typewriter, pacing around occasionally and muttering under your breath to try and make sense of the phrasing. timelines, those frustratingly tangential clues, the loose ended inconsistencies, they're all slotting perfectly, finally, into place. now it's just the matter of getting all that out of your head.
