misty march evening
its been raining off and on (mostly on) all day. it’s evening now, and the rain in still coming in short, occasional bursts, but its light and mostly settled into thick and swirling fog. despite the humidity and swift (near violent) wind, you’re curled up on your bed next to your window, enjoying the 60 degree weather as its one of the first times youve been able to open your window since winter started. spring is on its way, and despite the stress of midterms/the end of the nine weeks/etc, youre still enjoying this moment. somehow, it’s removed and peaceful, and though you know you have things to do, you can allow yourself this. it’ll all be okay.
