English Estate Morning Tea

You've awoken at your summer English estate. It is late in the morning and a simple cup or two of tea is just what you are craving. A friend has also joined you as you both pour, stir, and sip at your delicious tea- gazing out a huge nearby window. Beyond lies a lush garden, perfect and precise, trees with singing birds, a flowing fountain, and the occasional patrolling horse and rider right down below. You are always safe, always looked after, and always in a dreamy state.
Your butler can be heard now and again, his footsteps walking to and fro with duties like replacing your pot of tea with a fresh one, and preparing the estate for wherever you may wish to later wander. Occasionally you can hear a pianist play a relaxing and melodic tune from way down the hall.
There is nothing to do and nowhere to be.
