Childhood Pool, In Memory Only
If you imagine deeply enough, it's like you're there again. It was the last day the neighbourhood wave pool could stay. You packed up, and you were too young to know. But a dull ache was felt, that once you went home you can't come back. But when you felt the warm waves carry you, as you looked up the glass ceiling refracting spots of sunlight onto the yellow walls of the complex it felt like you never left. It's been 25 years. But welcome back. It's you and the whole pool for yourself.
