Calming Ambience
Predominately crickets and frogs, but I've added a binaural 1/2 Hz delta to the ambience. Set the volume to the lowest level you can, so that you can just barely hear the crickets and frogs. You might not consciously notice the delta oscillations, but they are there easing your brain into sleep.
