Ambient Canvas Painting
The night is cold but you are anything but, legs tucked beneath your heated blanket as you admire your work. You've been working on this landscape painting for days and it's finally beginning to take shape, the cool winter tones meshing with the warm light illuminating the winter cabin on your canvas. Beneath you is your black lab, snoozing the evening away, the embodiment of the peace you feel. Your golden retriever comes to greet you and you can't help but give that happy, panting face a few pats on the head. Your husband whistles for the pup from the other room and you grin at the sight before turning back to your work.
